Store Rental Terms & Conditions

QC Socialite is the exclusive coordinator for pop-ups at Charlotte Premium Outlets. We are so excited to bring this unique opportunity to our clients. 

The rental rate is $500/day with a reduced rate of $900 for a Saturday + Sunday rental. Individuals interested in a rental for more than two days will receive special pricing and can email events@qcsocialite.com for information.

Setup: You will have access to the store beginning at 7 am on the first date of your rental. It is your responsibility to pick up keys from the management office by 5 pm the day prior to your rental. If you have a need to access the space the night before, you must request and obtain permission via QC Socialite at least one week in advance. Otherwise, your entry may not take place prior to 7 am. You will have access to the store for the entire rental day(s) for which you have paid. At least two days before your rental, QC Socialite will notify you of the latest time you may occupy the space. Tenants should plan to be broken down by one hour after close of business on the day of the rental. Additional time may be permitted and notice will be provided via email. 

You may not cause any holes or damage to the walls, shelves, doors, etc. Do not hang anything from the walls or ceilings. You may place a banner in the window and may also place mannequins or other display items in the windows to attract business. We recommend you advertise online in advance of your event. 

Utilities and insurance, as required by the mall, are included in your rental rate and will be administered through QC Socialite. You may utilize outlets to charge devices, operate a cash register, etc. We cannot guarantee consistent access to WiFi at this location. You should plan to utilize a hotspot or other device for internet services, if needed. If WiFi is available, you are welcome to connect, but please remember we cannot guarantee availability. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit is due to secure your requested date. QC Socialite will review all applications within 24 hours and issue an invoice which will allow you to pay the deposit. Your deposit payment must be received within 24 hours of the invoice being issued. If you do not receive an invoice within 24 hours of your application, please check your spam folder. If you are unable to access the invoice for any reason, email events@qcsocialite.com immediately. The remainder of the payment is due 10 days prior to your first date of rental. If you fail to make the remaining payment by 7 days prior to the event, QC Socialite reserves the rights to cancel your reservation and you will forfeit all rights to your deposit, with no exceptions.

If you elect to rent the space on multiple non-consecutive dates, each date will be treated as a different rental.

You are to treat the store and all mall property and personnel with respect. You will be solely responsible for any damages caused as a result of your use of the space. 

QC Socialite and Charlotte Premium Outlets will not be held responsible for missing, lost or damaged inventory, supplies or materials. You are solely responsible for keeping up with your property. If you occupy the space over multiple days, please lock the space overnight. 

QC Socialite reserves the rights to add or alter these terms and conditions as requested by Charlotte Premium Outlets. Should any changes be necessary, you will be notified via email.
