Breakdown times will be determined by mall hours as we get closer to the event. You will have the opportunity to breakdown as late as mall closing time and may not breakdown sooner than roughly 5-6 pm (exact time to be determined and will be emailed to vendors, breakdown time enforced - no breakdown earlier than permitted).
YOU MUST SUPPLY YOUR OWN TABLE & CHAIRS. Your location will be assigned upon arrival and you will be required to supply your own tables, chairs and business inventory/materials. You will be given space for up to an 8' table. If you would like to purchase additional space, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We have limited opportunities to purchase up to 10x10' spaces! We do not provide anything beyond space, insurance and advertising at this venue. Please bring everything you need for a successful, neat setup. Any racks or display stands OTHER than tables, must be pre-approved. Please email email@example.com with photos of your proposed display for approval. This restriction is in place to comply with mall regulations.
Vendors will be placed throughout the mall area in main traffic areas. We are unable to accommodate placement requests. Vendors may be located in main walkways between stores, near the 'streets' around the mall or in the food court. We place vendors in the best locations possible and put extreme thought into locations that comply with mall regulations but also provide the best traffic for your products.
In order to be considered, every vendor must submit an application AND deposit. Vendors will not be considered without completion of an application and a paid deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless an application is denied.
You may use table top or tablecloth signage. No pop up banners are permitted.
We cannot guarantee electricity to every vendor. If you need electricity please request it via the application and note that an additional $20 charge will be added to your invoice. Limited spaces have access to electricity and requests will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. You must bring an extension cord of at least 10' if purchasing electricity access.
All invoice payments are FINAL. No refunds will be permitted unless an event is cancelled without a makeup date. ANY no show or cancellation will forfeit the entire vendor fee. Any late arrivals that are refused will NOT be eligible for a refund as we will have already paid for your space. If at any point you realize that you will be unable to honor your commitment to an event, notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
QC Socialite reserves the right to add or change regulations as required by the venue.
QC Socialite and the venue shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property. Vendors are solely responsible for keeping up with their property. You may NOT leave any items or setup overnight. You must remove your entire display and setup again the second day.
Advertising: Our events are advertised on Facebook, Instagram and Eventbrite. While we do take this extra opportunity to promote our events, QC Socialite schedules all events at locations and times where traffic is existing and ready to spend!
You are to treat all mall property and personnel with respect.
QC Socialite will cover insurance as required by the mall.
By completing the vendor agreement and submitting payment, you agree to abide by all regulations set forth above.
