We are so excited for another opportunity to bring something fun and new to the Charlotte Premium Outlets on March 21, 2020 from 10 am - 6 pm. We're inviting mobile boutiques, small businesses, direct sales, activity vendors and so much more to a designated area at the mall for this FREE ADMISSION event!
Sign up early and be included in our advertising on Eventbrite, Facebook, Instagram & more! We host at malls because we benefit from all of the additional shoppers that are already present!
Setup will begin at 8 am and potentially require that mobile boutiques be staged by 7:45 am. Event hours are
10 am to 6 pm and after 6 pm we will begin breaking down until we are finished.
Mobile boutiques will be staged with tent vendors in between. Mobile boutiques may merchandise outside of their truck/trailer by placing racks or other displays in their designated area. Please staff appropriately to keep all of your inventory secure at all times.
Direct sales vendors are welcome, though we would love to see as many one-of-a-kind businesses as possible!

A $40 deposit is required with all applications. If accepted, the deposit will be credited to your invoice. Invoices are due within 48 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours, you will forfeit your deposit and we will move to next in line. Due to our mission to fill this event with the best of the best, we are unable to hold spaces for longer than 48 hours without payment or advanced approval. If for some reason we are unable to approve your application, your deposit will be refunded within 7-10 business days. If you receive an invoice, this serves as confirmation of your acceptance to this event. If we have personally reached out and invited you to apply, you have already been 'accepted'. Out of respect for our time and other vendors, please do not apply if you cannot abide by our rules for invoice payment. If you need additional time to pay, please email us in advance at events@qcsocialite.com - we may be able to make extensions on a case-by-case basis.

Only events that are cancelled with no make up date will be refunded. If this event is rescheduled for any reason, we will automatically apply your credit toward the rescheduled date. No refunds are issued for rescheduled events. If any rescheduled date does not work for you, we will work with you on an alternative date.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-show vendors. If you arrive late, setup may be denied and no refund will be issued.
