Interested vendors are required to submit this application to be considered. All applications will be reviewed in the order in which they were received. You will be notified of application approval/decline within seven business days of receipt. QC Socialite reserves the right to decline any application based on the type of product or similarity to other previously accepted vendors. Payment will be due at the time of approval and must be paid in full to secure the table. Vendors that apply but do not pay within 48 hours will be banned from applying in the future. Please be considerate of our time and other vendors and do not apply until you are certain you can participate. QC Socialite will email the vendor upon acceptance and an invoice will follow. Payment by credit/debit card via Square Invoice will be the only method accepted, unless otherwise approved. Registration will cover insurance (as required by the venue only, this is not covering weather or vendor absence) and paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. No additional fees will be charged and vendors are NOT required to provide any items for raffle, giveaway, etc.
Once accepted, the mall's waiver and agreement will be emailed to you. This document must be completed and returned within 48 hours.
Setup will start at one hour prior to the mall opening. The event hours will be 10 am to 9 pm. Setup may begin as early as 9 am and breakdown MAY NOT be completed before 9 pm. This is a strict mall rule. Your space must be clean and no items or trash may be left behind. Vendors who breakdown early without approval will not be invited back and will receive no refund for early departure. Each vendor is responsible for their merchandise, personal items, and setup. QC Socialite and the venue will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
Vendors will be provided with one table, tablecloth and two chairs, included in the vendor price. Due to this event placing vendors in the open walkways throughout the mall, no additional room can be provided. Vendors must store all additional inventory, supplies, etc. under the table linens.
There are limited spaces available with access to electricity.
All items sold are to be NEW unless approval is obtained in advance. To obtain approval for any "vintage" items, please submit pictures with your application.
No later than 48 hours prior to the event, the QCS team will email vendors and provide information about unloading, entry to the mall and to the event location. Vendors should show up to the designated areas as instructed.
Only if the event is cancelled with no makeup date will there be a refund.
All vendors are to be respectful of one another, the venue and the Event Coordination Team. QC Socialite and the venue reserve the right to remove any vendors that do not follow these guidelines.
