We are so excited to announce our first event at Concord Mills Mall!
WE WILL RUN PAID ADS FOR THIS EVENT!
This event will be up to 25 vendors and located in the Burlington Coat and Entry 5 areas of the mall. This mall has plenty of traffic and we are pricing this event WELL BELOW our competitors.
QC Socialite will cover all insurance required by the mall.
You will be provided with a table, linen and two chairs, included in your event rate.
If you work for a direct sales company, you may split the cost of a booth with other consultants from the same company ONLY. Example: Paparazzi team works booth together.
TABLE BOOTH: All items must be restricted to your tabletop. No additional space will be approved as we must sell this event out to keep our pricing affordable. If you need additional space, you may purchase more than one table. We will not accept more than one direct sales vendor with the same company for our table section.
TABLE RATE 1st table $165, 2nd table (SAME VENDOR ONLY) $150
If you purchase two tables, you will receive ONE invoice. You only need to make one application deposit. The entire invoice will be due in 24 hours of receipt.
RACKS BOOTH: LuLaRoe and Agnes & Dora have been approved for this event. You will be provided with an 8x10 space. You may not go beyond this space AT ALL. This is a strict mall rule and they have been gracious to permit booths at this size, so we must stick to that. We will accept up to TWO per company for LuLaRoe and Agnes & Dora. We will place you as far apart as possible, but the mall will get final placement authority. You may bring your own table, in addition to your racks, if you would like to have a table in your booth. You may not exceed your 8 x 8 space.
BOOTH RATE $225
All additional inventory, supplies, etc. must be stored under your table and hidden by the linens provided. You must keep a clean space and at no time during mall hours should you obstruct the walkways around you.
Only tabletop signage will be permitted. If you are in a rack booth, we recommend you have some signage to hang on the ends of the racks. We cannot permit any additional signage as there will be too many vendors and this would look cluttered and unprofessional.
You will be permitted to setup between 8 and 10 am. Setup must be complete by 10 am. Please arrive no later than 9 am so we can get you to your assigned area. You MAY NOT BREAKDOWN prior to 9 pm. We recommend you bring help to cover bathroom and food breaks. Your space must be clean and no items or trash may be left behind. Vendors who breakdown early without approval will not be invited back and will receive no refund for early departure. Each vendor is responsible for their merchandise, personal items, and setup. QC Socialite and the venue will not be held responsible for any missing or damaged items.
Once your space is assigned, we will do our best to send you information for unloading at the most convenient location, closest to your booth.
All booth reservations are 100% non-refundable for this event. We recommend you check your calendar before applying. Due to the cost of this event, we are unable to refund or transfer credit to a future event. Only if the event is cancelled with no makeup date will there be a refund.
Interested vendors are required to submit this application to be considered. All applications will be reviewed in the order in which they were received. You will be notified of application approval/decline within seven business days of receipt. QC Socialite reserves the right to decline any application based on the type of product or similarity to other previously accepted vendors. Payment will be due at the time of approval and must be paid in full to secure the table. Vendors that apply but do not pay within 48 hours will be banned from applying in the future. Please be considerate of our time and other vendors and do not apply until you are certain you can participate. QC Socialite will invoice the vendor upon acceptance. Payment by credit/debit card via Square Invoice will be the only method accepted, unless otherwise approved. Registration will cover insurance (as required by the venue only, this is not covering weather or vendor absence) and paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. No additional fees will be charged and vendors are NOT required to provide any items for raffle, giveaway, etc.
We cannot guarantee access to electricity for this event.
All items sold are to be NEW unless approval is obtained in advance. To obtain approval for any "vintage" items, please submit pictures with your application.
No later than 48 hours prior to the event, the QCS team will email vendors and provide information about unloading, entry to the mall and to the event location. Vendors should show up to the designated areas as instructed.
All vendors are to be respectful of one another, the venue and the Event Coordination Team. QC Socialite and the venue reserve the right to remove any vendors that do not follow these guidelines.
