Events are rain or shine. No refunds or rescheduling for inclement weather. Venue address: 5404 New Fashion Way, Charlotte, NC 28278. Easily accessible from exit 4 on I-485. RENTAL: Space rental only. Table or booth spaces are available. Table spaces allow room for one 6' table. Booths are 10x10'. SETUP LOCATION: Vendors will be assigned a location along the main traffic pattern. ARRIVAL: An arrival window will be emailed to each vendor no less than 48 hours prior to each event. The arrival window is typically 1&1/2 hours prior to the event. You must arrive within your assigned window. Late arrivals may be denied setup. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. CHECK-IN: Vendors MUST Check-in at the bus plaza located at the back of the mall, unless instructed otherwise in the vendor instructions email. THERE IS NO CHECK-IN ON SUNDAY. YOU MAY NOT LEAVE ANYTHING OVERNIGHT. TENTS: Tents up to 10x10' in size are permitted. All display and merchandise must be contained within the 10x10' space. All tents must be weighted at all times. SIGNAGE: Vendors must use tabletop or tablecloth signage. Pop up banners are permitted only if secured to your tent. ELECTRICITY: Vendors requesting electricity must do so via the vendor application. A $20 fee will be added to your invoice. Limited spaces with electricity are available and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. You must bring an outdoor extension cord of at least 10' to access electricity. Should we be unable to accommodate your request, for any reason, we will issue a credit for the electricity fee. INSURANCE: QC Socialite provides all insurance as required by the venue. BALLOONS: Balloons are strictly prohibited. We recommend utilizing a cart or dolly to transport your inventory/setup through the mall to your assigned location. QC Socialite Terms and Conditions (Applies to All Applications)


Interested vendors are required to submit an application to be considered. All applications will be reviewed in the order in which they were received. You will be notified of application approval/decline within seven business days of receipt. QC Socialite reserves the right to decline any application based on the type of product or similarity to other previously accepted vendors. If you receive an invoice for the event, this serves as acceptance of your application. A VENDOR APPLICATION AND DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED FOR EACH EVENT. ​You may now apply for multiple events on the same application, but must increase the quantity of deposits submitted to match the number of events for which you are applying. Deposits are applied to the vendor fee for all accepted vendors. If you are not accepted, the deposit will be refunded as soon as the application is declined. Once your application is submitted, deposits become non-refundable, unless your application is denied. Due to the number of unpaid invoices, we are unable to make exceptions to this rule. FULL PAYMENT OF ALL INVOICES IS DUE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. VENDORS WHO DO NOT PAY WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT WILL FORFEIT THEIR DEPOSITS. Please be considerate of other vendors and do not submit a vendor application until you are certain you can participate. QC Socialite will GENERATE AN INVOICE VIA SQUARE. RECEIPT OF AN INVOICE SERVES AS APPROVAL OF YOUR APPLICATION. Payment by credit/debit card via Square Invoice will be the only method accepted, unless otherwise PRE-approved. Registration will cover insurance AS REQUIRED BY THE VENUE. All items sold are to be NEW unless approval is obtained in advance. To obtain approval for any "vintage" items, please submit pictures with your application. No later than 48 hours prior to the event, the QCS team will email vendors and provide information about unloading, entry to the mall and to the event location. Vendors should show up to the designated areas as instructed. Once invoice is paid, NO refunds will be issued. Vendors will receive credit toward a future event for any events that are cancelled or rescheduled by QC Socialite or the venue. Venues are subject to change. If a comparable booth/table/space cannot be provided, vendor will be allowed to transfer credit to another event. Credit must be redeemed within timeframe provided by QC Socialite at time of notification. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-show vendors. If you arrive late, setup may be denied and no refund will be issued. Once your application has been submitted, you have committed to this event. There are NO CANCELLATIONS FOR REFUND! If you cancel, you are forfeiting the entire amount paid! Please check your schedules BEFORE submitting an application for any event. If you will not be able to attend an event after you have registered, notify us IMMEDIATELY. We MAY make other arrangements for you on a case-by-case basis and any arrangement will be at the discretion of QC Socialite and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. When we have reached capacity for an event, we will transition that event to a waitlist only. By submitting an application to be waitlisted, you are asking us to place your business on our waitlist, in the order in which we receive waitlist requests. If a spot becomes available, you will be invoiced. Standard payment terms of 48 hours from invoicing will apply, unless the event is less than 7 days away. In this case, we will invoice and email you to let you know. We will give you as much time as possible, but if the event is less than 7 days away, the invoice will be due upon receipt.If a spot does not become available, you will be notified and able to select another event. Your deposit will be applied to the event you select and notated on your account until you select a replacement event. Waitlist deposits will only become credit and will not be refunded. Effective June 1, 2021, to be fair to all of our valued customers, if you have a location request, a fee of $20 will be added to your invoice. You will then be able to make a request for a general area (i.e. within eyeshot of the Nike Store or on the same corridor as Belk).
We will do our absolute best to accommodate all requests with priority to requests in the order in which they are received. Your request must be made on your application and payment for the request must be received with your original invoice for consideration. Due to the overwhelming number of requests, we will not be able to honor requests after the application has been submitted. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will credit the $20 fee to your vendor account. Credit may be redeemed toward a future event. "General Area" will be as interpreted by the QC Socialite Team. Exact placement is never guaranteed due to venue restrictions beyond our control. Due to last minute changes by the venue, we may be unable to provide advanced notice as to whether your request was granted. Please follow all check-in instructions and guidelines on the day or your event. If your request could not be granted, QC Socialite Staff will notify you that a credit will be available on your account and direct you to your assigned location. Rest assured that every effort is made to ensure success for all vendors, whether a specific location request fee is paid or not. All vendors are to be respectful of one another, the venue and the Event Coordination Team. QC Socialite and the venue reserve the right to remove any vendors that do not follow these guidelines. EARLY BREAKDOWN IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. In the event of an ACTUAL EMERGENCY, notify a QC Socialite representative immediatley. We are not unreasonable, but venues strictly prohibit early breakdown. If you breakdown early without authorization, you will be banned from any and all future events and prohibited from returning to the event you left. We will not allow anyone to jeopardize our venue relationships or cause difficulties for other vendors or shoppers. If you leave an event early and are already registered for other events, you will be banned from ALL events and NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
